Hi! I’m Mya.
I am so glad you made it here. Here is a little bit about me—
My passion for holistic health & wellness began at a young age. I love being active and learning how to build a healthy, fulfilling life! I received a B.S. from The University of Texas at Austin, where I studied Health Promotion and Behavioral Science. During my time in college, I became a certified group fitness instructor and a personal trainer. Through instructing Barre and other fitness classes, I saw the impact that movement and community can have on overall health.
Although I was someone who cared deeply about being healthy, there was one area of my life that I overlooked, my menstrual cycle. My cycle was consistently long, well over 35 days, but I didn’t recognize it as a sign of hormonal imbalance. Looking back, that irregularity was an important clue that something deeper was going on.
In May 2025, I was diagnosed with PCOS. That diagnosis set me on a new path of learning more about women’s health, the menstrual cycle, our hormones, and the way our bodies are designed. Through education and intentional lifestyle change, my cycle is now considered regular, and my symptoms and overall health have greatly improved!
I am currently pursuing my hormone coach certificate through the Fiat Institute, where I’m being equipped to educate and support women as they better understand their bodies and make sustainable lifestyle changes.
If you want to improve your health and overall wellness but don’t know where to start, you’re in the right place. It begins by understanding your body’s design and creating a life of balance!
Let’s do this together.
:)
